We are pleased to announce the relocation of the Kappa Sigma Chapter of Sigma Nu Fraternity. Our new home is a 25 bedroom mansion located at 550 Fraternity Row. The two-acre property located off Wellborn Rd. is where we are continuing the vision and goals that our founding fathers started 25 years ago. Our new house boasts a game room, theatre room, large kitchen, dining room and two living rooms.

A house plays a key role for any fraternity, as it serves as the epicenter of the organization and emphasizes the bonds that members share. It is a place where members congregate, live and work. In addition to housing members, a fraternity house hosts social gatherings, meetings and functions that benefit the community.

Since the founding of our chapter, we have called 10741 North Dowling Rd our home. For 25 years it was the center of our fraternity. It had served us well, but due to an unfortunate turn of events, our house was destroyed by a fire in December of 2008. Although authorities were never able to locate the cause, we did not let that deter us from continuing with our goals and vision. Out of this tragedy we saw first-hand the strength and resilience that our chapter possesses. We are now proud to call 550 Fraternity Row our new home with the hope and goal of upholding our standard of excellence for many years to come.
